Join us for a morning of watching our children bend and move in ways we haven't been able to in 20 years.

This fun and relaxing morning will teach all of us the joys and benefits of healthy movement, thanks to Mommy & Me Yoga Club for partnering with us to host this awesome event!

Drinks and snacks provided!

We have a *VERY* limited number of yoga mats for use. Please bring your own or a towel/blanket!
