
Lace up and join us for the Eighth Annual Rockin’ Run & Roll 5K. It's time to party like it’s 1999!
This inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages and ability levels, with a focus on fun, movement and community. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite 90's accessories.
The flat, fast 3.1 mile race is well marked with water stations along the route. This is a recreational running event for runners, wheelchair racers and walkers of all abilities. This event will be held on Jan. 17 and will commence at 8 a.m.
The race will take place on the grounds of the Morgan Family Community Center, Butler Park and Heron Creek Middle School.
The course will be coned off through the parking lots and roadways of the center and park. Runners will begin arriving on location approximately one and a half hours prior to the start of the race. Registration and post-race ceremonies will take place at the Morgan Family Community Center and adjacent open spaces.
Race packet bags, shirts & participation medals guaranteed for the first 200 combined entrants.
Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented immediately following the race to the top male finisher and top female finisher in the following categories; Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Master, Veterans, Overall Push Rim, and Best Dressed Dog.
Age group awards will be given to the top male and female finishers. Additionally, there will be an award for team/organization with the most participants registered. We will have a new award this year for the Best Dressed Dog!
